Great customer service and quick delivery. I could not find the number part needed, but the customer service rep knew her inventory. Parts fit well, but the pegs holes in the 6271 did not fit perfectly (easily) with the old 6291 model I had. However, it is sturdy, secure enough that I can use it. It will probably become a backup walker so that I don't have to take my newer walker with my wheel
