It was a HUGE disappointment when we received the control and discovered that it was NOT a wireless remote control!!!!***** REVIEW ADMIN *****Sorry - but Voyager does not offer a wireless remote...this is the factory remote and they do have a spiral cord for attaching to the lift.

The hand control for the Voyager ceiling lift can wear out over the years of use and I was very happy to find a replacement at a fair price from PHC. The new hand control was shipped and received promptly, was well packaged and, though slightly different from the previous models we have used, works perfectly!

Adding this pendant to my lift made it much easier for me to be independant.. Without the pendant I could not reach the voyager when it was up and out of the way. Now I can operate the system independantly regardless of where the lift is parked
