caster wheels February 12, 2020 Reviewer: Glenna Thompsen from Atlantic, IA United States   Received caster wheels and no locking caster wheels. Was no notice the locking caster wheels were delayed. Finally, I received them two weeks later. One of the locking caster wheels is faulty. It will not swivel and the wheel is not useable. Please send a replacement.
