Prime Plus Bariatric Hospital Bed P1752

With adjustable width and length, the Prime Plus is a very flexible patient bed designed to accommodate Bariatric users. Weight capacity 750 lbs. Bed has built in push button width expansion from 39" to 48" to accommodate a wide range of mattress sizes and types. The all steel frame with no sag slat deck construction provides superior strength, durability, and greater mattress support.

The Prime Plus Bed can be used for patients in home or facility. Full-electric, 3-function operation with quiet electric actuators. Easy to use hand pendant can be plugged into the left or right side of the bed.

Bed Rails:

The Prime Plus Bed includes one pair padded half-length side rails. An additional pair can be purchased at time of bed order.

Adjustable Width:

No tools required. The frame includes adjustable side extensions that allow the bed to be set to accommodate 39", 42" and 48" mattresses.

Adjustable Length:

80" - 84". The mattress deck includes adjustable mattress retainer supports to keep you mattress in place.

Adjustable Height:

Deck lowest height is 16.3" and maximum is 29". Add 6" or 8" mattress for overall height.

Roll at any height:

Four heavy-duty casters allow the bed to roll at any height.

Auto Contour:

Includes "auto-countour" that allows you to raise and lower the head and foot decks at the same time regardless of bed height.

Edema Foot Ratchet:

Elevates the foot end of the bed to reduce swelling.

Shipping & Delivery Options

Free Curbside Delivery: This is a heavy product and requires the customer to have capable personnel present at the time of delivery. This product is shipped boxed and banded to a pallet. The bed itself is one-piece and weighs almost 250 lbs. Head/Footboards and hand rails/bed rails are individually boxed and are banded down with the bed. With multiple boxes banded to the pallet, the total shipping weight is approximately 325 lbs. Customer will be required to cut the bands and carry individual boxes into residence. The bed itself is one-piece and weighs almost 250 lbs. so have at least 2 strong helpers on hand.
Inside Delivery & Setup: We offer Whiteglove inside delivery and setup for an additional charge. For this method we ship the product to a local delivery company who in turn arrange a delivery date and time with the customer. Whiteglove delivery may add up to 5 days to actual delivery.

I bought this be because it adjusts to wider widths. The bed had to conform to requirements on height and adjustability for the facility it was going to. Marilyn, the sales rep, was extremely helpful in selecting this bed. She also was super speedy to reply to my many emails. I found the whole sales experience to be seamless. She was even able to get the bed delivered within 24 hours of the mattress even though they came from different companies. I highly recommend PHC and this bed!
