The BestLift PL400EF is a
Full Body Patient Lift with a 400-lb lifting capacity. It's small footprint, makes it ideal for home use, and it easily folds up for storage. When folded this lift will fit in most automobile trunk compartments for transporting or traveling.

What is Unique:It's small footprint allows access in tight spaces, especially bathrooms, doorways and hallways. It's also a tighter turning radius when a U-Turn is needed. A low 4.5" base height fits under most beds.
Folding Portable Patient Lift:This portable system can be folded down to a compact transportable unit for storage or taking on trips. However, the weight of the folded unit typically requires 2 people to load in a car, suv or van.
Complete unit weighs 83 lbs.Battery Powered:This system operates on a 24VDC rechargeable battery pack that provides about 40% more lifts per charge than competing brands. Optional second battery pack. State-of-the-art TiMotion electronics and battery pack produce an exceptional performance system that operates with quite actuators and reliability.
Dual User Controls For Greater Reliability:All patient lifting and lowering is performed by push-buttons on either the hand control (pendant) or using the controls provided directly on the control box. This dual control system assures the Lift can be operated in case the hand control is damaged, misplaced, or malfunctions.
Easy Base Opening/Closing:The BestLift PL4000EF utilizes a foot pedal operated base opening for improved wheelchair and commode access. The low base height provides maximum stability and fits under most beds.

Sling Compatibility:Works with most 2, 4 or 6-Point Slings. When appropriate we suggest using a U-Sling for patients transferring from a chair or any other seated surface. The U-Sling can be quickly hooked up without having to get underneath the patient. The bottom of a U-Ling is open so it can also be used for toileting.
Safe Patient Transfers:The BestLift PL400EF allows a person to be lifted and transferred safely, with minimum physical effort provided by the caregiver. The PL400EF Patient Lift easily transfers a patient from any seated surface or bed.
Cradle Options:Standard PL400EF includes a 6-Point cradle The 6-Point Cradle helps to eliminate pinch points with the sling straps since the sling straps are spread further apart.
