The Lock-n-Load mechanism is what keeps the walker folded up. This prevents it from trying to unfold when picking it up to load into an automobile trunk.

Works on all Nova Rollators EXCEPT: Journey Rollator, Vibe Rollator (4236, 4238, 4239, 4240), Groove Rollator (4204), and the Mighty Mack (4216)

Very expensive for a small mastic piece and shipping was half again the cost. I needed the piece for my mother in law. It does work.
