The J2 Plus offers superior skin protection and stability for Bariatric users. It's designed to work for patients up to 650 lbs. J2 Plus features a pre-contoured foam bariatric wheelchair cushion that accepts a JAY Flow fluid tripad or a VISCO Memory Foam insert. Provides optimum skin protection for larger seat sizes.

Contoured Base with Anterior Slope:
The J2 Plus features mild leg trough cutouts and medial thigh supports to encourage proper positioning of the pelvis and thighs for Bariatric patients. A gentle anterior slope opens the hip angle to create a more upright posture. The J2 Plus' closed cell foam construction is easy to modify in our factory or in the field and accommodates changing needs.

JAY Flow Fluid or Visco® Memory Foam Inserts:
Available with multiple insert options. For users at high risk of skin breakdown, the JAY Flow fluid tripad conforms to each individual's shape, adjusts to sitting positions, and ensures proper fluid placement beneath bony prominences. For users at low risk of skin breakdown, the Visco memory foam may be layered to create combinations suitable for each unique individual.

Each Jay fluid cushion is carefully inspected and tested to provide peak performance. Every Jay fluid cushion is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, provided normal use. Should a defect in materials or workmanship occur within 24 months from the original date of purchase, Sunrise Medical will, at its option, repair or replace it without charge.This warranty does not apply to punctures, tears or burns, nor to the cushion's removable cover.
