The digital scale mounts between the Boom and the Cradle.

Notes on Calibrating the Hoyer Digital Scale:


1. Turn the scale on.
2. Put the scale in the "pounds" mode.
3. Press and hold the "Zero" key and the "LB/KG key simultaneously for 3 seconds.
4. The scale will then display CAL to indicate that it is in the calibrate mode.
5. Press the "Zero" key to begin a count down from C-25 to 0.
6. Place 25 lbs on the scale (from a chain).
7. Push the "Zero" key to begin another count down to zero.
8. The scale will then display 25 lbs and is now calibrated.
