Battery came in reasonable time. I had no tracking info, so did not know when to expect it. Our lift has not been really used yet, as our handicapped child was still light enough to pick up. But that is changing, and when we went to try to lift, it would not work, would not charge, etc. I installed the new battery, and even just charged as shipped, the lift worked.
