Heavy-Duty Patient Lift

The BestLift PL228 Lifting System can be used for lifting from floor, bed, or any seated surface. Base legs open up to allow rolling in close to wheelchairs and commodes. PL228 has a hand operated base.

Battery Powered Lift:
Battery operated Patient Lift with a low 4.5" base height to fit under most beds. This system operates on a 24VDC 5AH rechargeable battery. Includes battery and charging system with low charge and load capacity warning.

Dual User Controls For Greater Reliability:
All patient lifting and lowering is performed by push buttons on either the hand control (pendant) or using the controls provided directly on the control box. This dual control system assures the Lift can be operated in case the hand control is damaged, misplaced, or malfunctions.

Easy Base Opening/Closing:
The BestLift PL228 includes a hand operated lever base opening for wheelchair/commode access. Low base height provides maximum stability and fits under beds.

Lightweight:
The BestLift is constructed of high-strength aluminum, weighs only 96 lbs, yet has a full 500 lbs. lifting capacity.

Applications:
Designed for both in-home use and nursing home or facility applications.

Emergency Backup System:
The PL228 Lift has a lift and lower emergency backup system.

Sling Compatibility:
6-Point Spreader Bar. Works with most 4 or 6-Point Slings.

Safe Patient Transfers:
The BestLift PL228 allows a person to be lifted and transferred safely, with minimum physical effort provided by the caregiver.

This Lift is non-returnable. This product can not be returned unless the wrong lift is shipped in error or the lift is heavily damaged or defective out of the box.

Warranty

BestCare Patient Lift Warranty
Bestcare offers a limited warranty on all patient lifts, slings and accessories to be free of defects in workmanship and product performance. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable. Bestcare reserves the right to repair or replace only defective parts or accessories in lieu of a complete new patient lift. The repaired or replacement part shall be warranted for a period equal to the remainder of the warranty period of the defective part.

What is covered under warranty:

Three (3) Years: Patient lift frame or spreader bar
Two (2) Years: Actuator, control box, pendant, charger, weigh scale, Stand Aids ( all components of STA400 & STA450), or casters excluding normal tread wear.
One (1) Year: Battery or hydraulic pump

Warranty applies in the USA only and item must be purchased through an authorized dealer.
This warranty is not transferable and only applies to the first consumer purchasing the item from an authorized supplier.
