The Everest & Jennings Bariatric Transport Chair allows traveling light yet maintains a sturdy weight capacity. This aluminum Transport Chair features a 400-pound weight capacity and seat is 24” wide and 18” deep.

It features the same convenient features as E&J’s other transport chairs, with the addition of attendant wheel locks positioned just below the push handles, so that the caregiver can engage the wheel locks without removing their hands from the handgrips.

Extra attention to details with superior hardware and durable reinforced upholstery just make this a good looking transport. This extra-wide Transport Wheelchair has a 24" seat width and 400-lb weight capacity, yet weighs only 31-lbs. It has a fold-down back, desk-length arms, easy to use locking handbrakes, and sturdy adjustable length footrests.

The E&J Bariatric Transport has large 12" semi-pneumatic rear wheels that make pushing a heavier patient easier than smaller 8" wheels. Double-stitched padded nylon seat upholstery provide a comfortable ride. Adjustable front caster forks allow the front seat height to be raised or lowered.

Additional features include flame-retardant padded black nylon upholstery, fold-down back for easy storage and transport, seat carry straps for easy lifting and folding, padded arms for user comfort, attendant wheel locks for easy caregiver control, and swingaway arms and front rigging for quick transfer.
