Apex and BestCare "Legacy" Patient Lifts:
Some of the 'Legacy' products have been in use for 20 years or more. Most of those 'Legacy' products have been phased out and replaced with new products using up-to-date electronics and battery systems.

Your Lift's serial number is required:
The product's s/n is located on the frame, not on any of the electrical components. Some components have changed over time and we want you to get the correct part.

The new replacement chargers have a single pin connector. Older style chargers have a 5-pin connector and will require the Adapter cable part #: DPL450E-ADP-CABLE. See below:
