Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover, checks, money orders and debit cards. We do not ship any product until the funds have been verified. Checks and money orders will take additional time to verify.

A trained specialist reviews your order. If we notice a possible error, we will email and call you prior to placing the order.

Shipping

Free shipping is for ground shipping to your door. For threshold or inside delivery and set up, please view the products under shipping. If you need a product expedited, please call us for a quote.

We stand behind every product we sell. PHC screens all products and manufacturers so we can offer the best products available. Only manufacturers with excellent warranty and service records are accepted for our catalog. That’s why we offer a “Total Satisfaction” shopping experience for products you purchase from us.

Returns Policy

If you want to return a product you must contact us within 10 days of receipt.  All returned products must have an RMA number or it will not be accepted. To get an RMA, call  or email us: returns@phc-online.com. All approved returns must be in new condition, in the original packaging and with all of the paper documentation. Items returned that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted. Certain products are not returnable.

We will credit your purchase, less shipping and the restocking fee (if applicable) once the product is received and it is in like new condition. If you paid by check you will receive a refund check within 2 weeks of receiving the return.

Order Cancellations

If you have placed an order with us and need to cancel it, please contact us immediately at 866-553-5319 x 12. We will make every attempt to stop your order from shipping; however we cannot guarantee that is hasn’t shipped. If it has shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to you and the return to us. This will be considered a return and treated accordingly.

Technical Support/Warranties

Your first contact for technical problems and questions is PHC Customer Service: toll free 866-553-5319. All products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Manufactures warranties vary and are included in the paperwork you receive with your purchase. They are also available online in the product descriptions.

Medicare

We are direct providers of Medicare. Approved Medicare reimbursements cover 80% once your deductible has been met.  Medicaid and other secondary insurances usually cover the remaining 20%. Privacy Rights

PHC maintains a strict “No Spam” policy. We only email you your order confirmation, order updates and receipts. Your email address is NEVER passed on to any outside company or used for any solicitation purposes.
