Care Cushion by Jay

The Jay Care cushion is a simple, moisture resistant one piece seating system. It is designed primarily for the person at moderate risk for skin breakdown who sits with a fixed posterior pelvic tilt. To be used on wheelchair sling upholstery. 

A one-piece cushion, comprised of a soft polyurethane foam base, a Jay Flow pad for pressure relief, and a reinforced, non-skid bottom, all enclosed in a single unit by an incontinence-resistant outer casing. Included a standard black, washable stretch cover.
