We ship all products to addresses within the Continental US only. Shipping is free for orders $50 or more. Some products ship to Hawaii and Alaska. Sorry, we do not ship to Puerto Rico and Canada. Most products are delivered in 3-5 business days. Large and/or heavier items such as Lift Chairs, Beds, Patient Lifts, Scooters and Power Wheelchairs are shipped motor freight and require additional transportation time. Most products are shipped from Distribution Centers located throughout the U.S.

Weekends: PHC business offices are open Monday - Friday. Phone messages are checked Saturday, Sunday and most holidays. Matters that require immediate attention will receive a priority return call during weekend hours. Calls for tracking and other general questions will be returned on Mondays.
