The Ulti-Mate Jr. cushion is a lightweight and maintenance-free pressure-reduction cushion created from two layers of molded visco-elastic foam and a polyurethane foam bottom layer.  The Ulti-Mate Jr. cushion provides superior weight distribution and pressure reduction, while optimizing overall positioning and support. The Ulti-Mate Jr. cushion comes in four sizes: 10"x10", 12"x12", 14"x14" and 14"x16".
