Top End Force G Handcyclemodel: FRCG
The aerodynamic design of the Force G Handcycle offers an adjustable, trunk-powered, erect
position for competitors who can gut it out using abdominal, arm, shoulder, and
chest muscles. The center frame construction has an internal rib which
reinforces the frame making it super stiff for maximum transfer of power. The
center frame design of the Force G also allows for transfers that are easier
than any other handycles in its class. Adjustable back angle (55-90 degrees),
back height, leg rests, crank height and fore/aft seat position allow you to
dial in your ultimate power position. Check out our professional series,
cassette, brake, and chainring upgrades and time trial wheel package for maximum
performance and speed. Can you force the pace? Yes, you can. Get the Top End
Force G. You will fly like a jet
When you want to force the pace, nothing will beat the new Top End Force with its sleek aerodynamic design. The 6061 T6 skeletal reinforced frame offers phenomenal strength, stiffness and simplicity.
The super reclined position features a totally adjustable back angle so you can dial it in to reach your maximum potential. Talk about gears, shifting and control. All so important if you want to be off the front! Control through the turns are smooth yet fast with our steering dampner system. The ramped and pinned chain rings offer unprecedented ease of shifting.
The 27 speeds operated by the Rapid fire hands-on shifter / brake delivers smooth, responsive shifting and braking right at your fingertips plus the easy-to-operate, no cable, virtually maintenance-free manual upper derailler system take the guess work out of the chain rings. Many professional upgrades are also available.
Propulsion System:
Features a combination of Shimano and Top End components, 27 speed, 48-40-28 chain rings and 11/32 cassette as standard. The 11/32 cassette is operated by the Hands-On Rapid Fire unit which is mounted on the right (standard) handpedal. It operates both the 11/32 cassette and the hands- on brake. The manual derailler operates the top chainrings utilizing a manual system which eliminates cables and their maintenance. A parking brake/second brake is mounted on the left side of frame.
Crankset: Top End V crankset with integral pedal bearings are standard. To choose the width for the crank, consider the end user's shoulder width. The width is measured horizontally center to center to the point at the middle of the handpedal. Length of crankset depends on the length of the arms. The length is measured perpendicular from the center of the crank to the center of the handpedal spindle. Most people choose 190mm long and 20” wide.
