Lightweight and durable, the 040-0121AC Tublift weighs only 19 pounds, yet is
capable if lifting up to 200 pounds on water pressure as low as 20 PSI. The
Tublift uses standard household water pressure to slowly and steadily lift the
patient up to 24 inches and lower to within five inches of the tub bottom.
Easy and safe operation. Connects to tubs the water spigot and runs efficiently on water pressure. Swivel seat makes access easy.
The Hoyer Tub Lift comes complete with both a shower connection and a
spout connection. If the bath has a shower, you MUST use a shower
connection. If there is no shower, use the spout connection.
Connecting to the tub spout: Remove the existing spout. Install the provided spout connection. The Tub Lift supply hose will connect to the nipple on the underside of the spout.
Connecting to the shower: Remove the existing shower head and install provided connection (E) onto the shower pipe. Screw the shower head back on to the end of the connection. The Tub Lift supply hose will connect to the side of the connection.
