If you are purchasing an Oxygen HomeFill System you'll probably be looking at one of the packages that include the correct oxygen cylinders. These Home-fill systems specify which tanks are compatible for refill and some home-fill units are pre-packaged with those portable tanks. Each manufacturer requires it's own brand tank with correct valve and coupler assembly. Do not expect to use your existing tanks unless they are the type intended to work with each manufacturer's compressor.
