This revolutionary Glucocard X-Meter system is using the ultimate technology generation together with the maximum ease of use. The fully automatic calibration offers highest security and gets rid of being busy with codes and chips. The system has been developed to find an answer to the wishes of the diabetics to have a fast answer for the control of the glycemia.
Using advanced microprocessor technology the GLUCOCARD X-meter instrument is able to measure blood glucose level using a micro blood sample (only 0,3 ul of blood). This important innovation makes it possible to deal with the pain due to blood sampling through:
- Alternative site test (AST) sampling rather than fingertip sampling.
- Reduce the necessary blood volume for fingertip sampling
The X-Meter starts automatically when strip is inserted:
- Smaller blood sample: volume - 0.3 uL (micro sampling).
