Invacare 9000XT Wheelchair
Lightweight folding wheelchair

The 9000XT is a lightweight, high-performance, low-maintenance wheelchair. The versatility of the Invacare manual lightweight (32-lbs) 9000XT makes this chair one of our top sellers.

The Invacare 9000XT comes in seat widths ranging from 14" wide to 22" and seat depths of 16",17" or 18."

The dual axle and different wheel and caster packages offer multi seat to floor positions ranging from 13.5" to 19.5."

The upholstery colors are black vinyl, dark blue vinyl, camel vinyl, black nylon upholstery and the frame colors vary from Deep Purple, Chrome, Cobalt Blue, Anthracite, Wet Black, Wet Black with Twilight Sparkle, Silver Vein, Electric Teal, Midnight Blue, Electric Red, Electric Blue and Electric Purple.

The adjustable back height of the wheelchair is 15-19" and offers the option of an adjustable angled back. The arm styles can be desk or fixed in height our desk or full adjustable in height.

The front rigging options for the 9000XT include swing away and removable foot rests, elevating and removable leg rests or articulating leg rests.

In addition to these features, 9000XT wheelchair accessories include various wheel lock types, anti tips, a crutch and cane carrier, utility tray, fabric clothing protectors, IV rod, telescopic, amputee attachments, extra large footplates and adjustable angles foot plates; calf straps and heel loops with ankle straps. Now you can understand why this is one of our top wheelchairs and at such an affordable price.

Dual Axle PositionsSetting 9000XT Seat-to-Floor height:
The 9000XT Wheelchair has dual axle positions so you can easily change from standard adult (19.5") to Hemi (17.5") seat to floor heights.  The axle is actually a bolt that can be moved to top axle holes to lower the chair to hemi position for shorter users or patients that propel the chair with their feet. Lowering the seat height may allow the feet to touch the floor. Front Caster wheels also aid in setting seat height. The caster forks have 3 mounting holes so the wheel can be moved up/down for individual settings. The front casters should be set so the rear of the seat is slightly lower than the front. This will eliminate any feeling of being "dumped" out of the chair.
